HOW DOES OUTLABELED SELECT WHICH BRANDS TO WORK WITH?
OutLabeled.com is a curated fashion marketplace. The first designers invited to join OutLabeled.com were selected, in part, thanks to previously established relationships built through Jaral Fashion Inc*.
Other sellers were selected based on referrals.
OutLabeled also scouts for new brands and products that are a fit our fashion marketplace.
OutLabeled accepts submission to Create a Store. Please note, submitting a request to Create a Store does not guarantee acceptance and we review all submissions – if we are interested we will contact you.
HOW DOES OUTLABELED SHIP PRODUCTS?
After a purchase is made OutLabeled provides the Vendor/Seller with shipping labels necessary to send the customer their order. However, Vendor/Seller are responsible for processing each shipment.
Shipping Costs, included duties or taxes, for each product is paid for by the Customer, unless otherwise specified by the Seller.

CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE IF I DO NOT LIVE IN THE USA?
For now, OutLabeled LLC. is only accepting purchases from US based customers, with expansion soon to come. To receive updates on upcoming expansion, please join Outlabeled as a Member.

ARE OUTLABELED AND JARAL FASHION THE SAME COMPANY?
No. OutLabeled LLC and Jaral Fashion Personnel Consultants Inc. are two completely separate companies and do not engage in business together.
Furthermore, by engaging in business activities with OutLabeled LLC in no way, or form, should be considered to be engaging in business with Jaral Fashion. In addition, engaging in business with Jaral Fashion, past or presently, is not to engage in business activity with OutLabeled LLC.
OutLabled.com only references Jaral Fashion in order to explain the chronological inspiration for OutLabeled. The reason for the provided links to Jaral Inc. is only a curtesy to the company.
WHAT IS OUTLABELED’S RETURN POLICY?
The follow is a brief overview, for full details please see our Terms & Conditions:
- To Returns, on delivery of item, customer has 3 days to issue intent to return the purchased product(s). Upon receipt of the Return Label, the customer is allotted and additional 5 days to ship the item back.
- Only when the Vendor/Seller confirms that the product has be receive and approved the condition of product(s) after examination for wear or damage, the customer will be issued a refund
- Please Note: Products purchased from Vendors/Sellers outside of the United States are not elidable for a return/refund
